Steak Marinade

A unique marinade for beef, chicken, or seafood

Prep Time: 5 min.
Serving Size: 2 servings
  • 1 tbsp. green pekoe tea, brewed
  • 1 tbsp. oriental spice┬átea, brewed
  • 1 tbsp. blood orange┬átea, brewed
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • dash of sugar, onion powder, seasoned salt, and pepper
Mix all ingredients well and pour over steak, tips, roast chicken, or seafood. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 min. to 2 hours before cooking.
