chamomiles calming effects rae perfect for bed time

Prep Time: 5-10 min
Serving Size: 3
Ingredients
  • Chamomile tea
  • Hot water
  • 2% milk
  • 2-3 Tbpns honey
Directions
boil water and steep 1 c. of chamomiler tea, fairly strong
add 2-3 Tbsp honey (to taste) to 2 c. milk
stir and steam. if you do not have the ability to steam the milk, warm it in the microwave for 1 min.
combine steamed milk and tea.
pour into cups and serve an hour before bed time.

evening rituals are very good for calming children. make bed time sweeter with this one!
