Tea Eggs

Tasty boiled eggs on salad

Prep Time: ~1 1/4 hour
Serving Size: 4
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of tea
  • 2 cups of chickren broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cinnamon stick
First cook the eggs. Remove egg shells.
Wait till they are cool.
Put ingredients to a boil, add in the eggs. Wait till they are boiling, then decrease the fire to medium small, and let them boil for 1 hour.
Slide the eggs and serve on salad with oriental dressings.
