Honey-Spearmint Lamb

Lamb chops basted with honey-spearmint tea glaze and broiled or grilled.

Prep Time: Set time: 1-2 days Cook time: 10-15 min. or to desired doneness
Serving Size:
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. spearmint tea leaves
Microwave honey and tea for 1 1/2 min. Stir down and let set overnight or longer if desired. Before using, heat honey mixture again for 1 1/2 min. and strain through cheese cloth. Use as a baste for lamb chops.
