Pu'erh Dante Fig Smoothie

The pu'erh flavor could be a bit strong for some, so reducing the amount of tea used (or adding more orange juice) could be helpful.

Prep Time: 2+ hours, if milk is frozen
Serving Size: serves 2
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Pu'erh Dante tea
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. figs (fresh)
  • 1/2 c. orange juice (fresh)
  • 1/4 c. banana
  • honey or sugar to taste
Heat the milk, then pour it over the tea and steep for 3-5 min..
Once it's ready, allow it to cool. For a thicker smoothie, put milk into an ice cube tray and freeze.
Place cool or frozen milk-tea, figs, orange juice, and banana in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
