- 1 tbsp. green pekoe tea, brewed
- 1 tbsp. oriental spice tea, brewed
- 1 tbsp. blood orange tea, brewed
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- dash of sugar, onion powder, seasoned salt, and pepper
Mix all ingredients well and pour over steak, tips, roast chicken, or seafood. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 min. to 2 hours before cooking.
