Wild Strawberry Crepes

Crepes are an easy, tasty breakfast. With a bit of strawberry syrup, they're even better.

  • Crepes:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • strawberries
  • 3.5 tbsp melted butter
  • extra butter to grease the pan
  • Syrup:
  • 3 tsp Wild Strawberry tea
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water


1. boil 1 cup of water and steep the tea for 10 minutes.

2. while tea is steeping, mix up the crepe batter

3. slice up strawberries

4. while the batter sits, strain the tea and put into a saucepan with the sugar

5. let the syrup mix get up to a boil and reduce for a few minutes

6. remove from heat and melt the butter on a pan

7. when the butter has melted, pour some batter into the pan and spread it out

8. when possible, flip over with a large spatula

9. when cooked, place on a plate, drizzle with the strawberry syrup, place strawberries in half, fold, and enjoy
